Hi All,
I picked up my 3G 86 Accord the other month. I was driving an 86 Ford Bronco II that I totalled, whoops.
Anyway, I decided to make the car "mine" by buying a CF guage bezel and white faced gauges. I managed (after several swear words and cuts) to get them all installed.
However, all I'm left with is two wires, a red one and a black one. I know their purpose (red = power, black = ground) but I'm afraid of what to hook them into.
So I have two questions:
1) I have my control switch for the guages mounted under the left side of my dash. Where's the best place for me to connect those two (red and black) wires? Specifically what color wires and where are they?
2) Can anyone take a picture of their Speedometer while their car is OFF? During install I managed to bump the needle enough so it reads faster than I'm going. I'd like to adjust that, but need an accurate guide. So a close-up on a speedometer, while the car is OFF would be great!
Thanks,
Ruin
