anyone have any info on those old cars, how they ran and so forth, i'm curious about the motor for other purposes other than a car. how easy are they to find?

hard to find. the car and motor, i think the motor put out about 30 to the wheels. i've only seen like 2 of them here in cali and none for sale. you can always bid on ebay. sometimes they have them.

thats funny. I'd be curious about taking the motor and puting it in a bike. but seeing as the motor isn't all that easy to find i dont think that that would be a good idea. bummer.

check out thisoldhonda.org lots of pics and stuff there were two 600s, the s600 and the s800 which were front engine rear wheel drive sports cars, and the n360 which we know as the 600 here. the 600 had a two cyl motorcycle engine which was air cooled and it was attached to a standard transmission, there was a big electric fan in the front to cool the motor, i haven't seen one up close in years. here are some pics of both. the 600 was also the first honda to have the hondamatic offered,http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b205/moultriemanicmechanic/temp_1_s600coupeassembly.jpg http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b205/moultriemanicmechanic/pic_1_n360stock.jpg http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b205/moultriemanicmechanic/n600hondamatic.jpg
