fixing rust

well started on the really bad cancer on the back 1/2 of the wheel well

it looked liek this wehn i got done with getting rid of the bad metal

at least she aint got a gaping hole on her side no more

what did you use?? new metal or FG??? looking like a cutout-line for metal, but I dunno...
do you have more pics of the process??
I'm looking at welding new sheet in the next little while and wouldn't mind some advice from somone who knows what they are doing!

well first off i cut a peice form a integra HB , kinds fits but i have alot more puddy work to do , first off u scrape/pick off all the rust that will some off then the usual make a line outside the rust area , then cut a small hoel and keep grinding and cutting until the peice is fit then tak weld then check if position is good and then weld in grind smooth then bondo, i make it sound easy but anything with body work isnt , and right now atm im spraying my new bumper that i picked off a gold HB in PA soon that will replace the busted up one

and now the side of the car thats fixed now but still need more body work done b/c wehn i welded the pannel it got too hot and sucked some metal in making a dent but i cant fix it now b/c i leave for school tomarrow

oh also my original bumper didnt have mudflaps now i got them on the front and back , they look kinda sweet and will help wehn i start doing stuff to make it able to rally
