Do you want to stay with the a20? Or will you upgrade? If you're going to go through all that trouble and expense, might as well get a b20 and start from scratch. Maybe turbo the a20? Whats your whp expectations?

Here is a link to re-build kit from Topline. Not bad on the price & pretty good quility. You will see in the link everything listed as for parts list.

I really dont have an hp expectations, i just really want a quality running car, and if i go with a B20 i have to change it to EFI, which i can grab all the wiring out of my 87 exi accord

You can run the B20 carbed, but you'll be losing out on some potential power.

The A20A1 manifold fits the B20 head, the issue is the rest of the carb motors functions.

The 3 things I can think of that may cause an issue would be:
- The thermostat housing ( If it has ports for the A20A1 Thermovalve )
- The distributor, ( I'm not sure if it uses electronic or vacuum advance )
- The EGR may or may not line up.

The one sure issue, if you want to run a fully functional stock carb system on the B20 will be:
- The Air Suction Valve since the AS pipe comes off the A20A Exhaust manifold, but there is no place for it on the B20A exhaust manifold.

You can run a Weber with no problems. A member in the UK had his B20 with a weber... I'm not sure if he switched to a 38 or used the 32/36.
