thanks. it was for extra credit. the blue is a house of kolors candy blue. that blue was the hardest thing to paint. candy paint is hard to paint. there is about $150 worth of paint on there, i didnt have to pay for it. about 10 coats of clear coat because of the green marblizing paint was lifted, i wanted it to be completely flat.

the blue is house of kolor but the clear and other colors are martin senior. there is about 10 differnt stages. sliver first then the blue candy. taped off the stripes and painted the green, over reduced and the the plastic wrap on it to marblize it.then i cleared it about 6 coats to make it flat. wet sanded it. back taped the stripes and sprayed the black. back taped it again to spray the green of the flames and then the pearl in the flames. then painted the white. then more clear.

so how many hours do you have invested in that piece? those flames are awesome by the way. you gonna open your own shop or try and work with some of the industry big names?

myaccord7

it took about 5hour from cutting it off a hood to finish. i want to have my own shop but i'll need to work at some body shop first to get some money saved.

my bad dude http://www.collisionplus.com/about.html
They are only around me. As a last rsort you could always goto to maaco though they are horrible to work for... Everything is timed like you have to have a car sanded in an hour no matter the size and you only have so long to spray so many coats. They always FORCE you to take short cuts. But they are always hiring. I'd try everyone in the phone book before applying to maaco though. http://www.switchboard.com/Auto_Body_Repair/Galesburg/IL/48/Yellowpages_Results.html
