strange engine grinding noise

well my front struts are blown and im changing those and my upper control arm cause the balljoints are going and whenever im going over a bump or coming to a stop they kinda make the hello your struts are blown squeeky

but what really worries me is that my engine makes a somewhat similar sound but more grindy whenever the clutch is out, i can only hear it when im going slow cause my exhaust is probably too noisy but i can be sitting there in neutral with the clutch in and it doesnt do it, but the second i let it out it starts making the grinding noise

anyone have similar problems ever? i changed my clutch a while ago if that makes any diff

could be one of the gears pop the cover off and look at the 5th gear see if its lose

hmmm u know on the highway 5th popped itself out of gear once or twice :O
