Weather Stripping Removed then filling for new paint

I just recently finished filling my weather stripping with bondo after removing the weather stripping I am about to paint this will look great..jw if neone else has ever done this?

if you put bondo on it, youll have to sand it down. since im sure the bondo isnt the perfect shape you want. sand it down, prime it, and then paint.

yea, i did the same thing plus shaved the emblems. it looks good, it was just a whole lot of mixing, spreading and sanding.
