Well for those of you that know me from my previous 4000 threads about my ecu... Turns out it was definately my Vacuum advance...
I tried to take it off and sheared the bolts clean off.. so I went and took my new ECU back and swapped it for a complete distributor. It fixed it, she runs like new.
For those of you with intermittant misfire problems, for god sake check the vacuum first. It will save you a lot of time and money.
This I can assure you.
Oh and at least I did fix a lot of other problems with fuel injection while I was at it, so thank you all very much for your help.
