Qs about kaminari and xenon kit front bumper

So Im going to pickup this guys coupe kit he had installed for a while. He sent me pics and all and swears its akaminari kit. Well the pics show it mounts to the existing bumper below the black strip above the turn signals. Well to my knowledge the only kit that does this is the xenon? Am I wrong? He used small screw to help in support so Im thinking Ill do the same only put fiberglass filler over the head and all so when there painted they arent visible. Im a little worried about the side skirts. Im dropped on sprint springs now I think are ike 2.25. So that would only make me lower. Oh well well have to see. Thanks Mike

Yea that's the Kaminari kit. All of the kits (erebuni, kaminari, xenon) mount under the black strips above the turn signal.

Yeah it's the 88-89 Kaminari kit.
