the bolts are 40ft/lbs. the nut that holds the bushings in is 32ft/lbs, and the locknut on the adjuster is 58ft/lbs.

how would i go about torquing the locknut?(i havent seen it yet but im assuming it just a nut that holds it in place by preventing it from spinning)

you only need to torque it if you loosen it to adjust the length of the rod (to adjust your camber). the adjuster is basically an elongated nut so you hold that with a wrench while you tighten the locknut. come to think of it, you can't get to it with a torque wrench so the 58 is kind of pointless (it just needs to be tight).
