Well Geez...streetable legalities aside I think I'm gonna have to take my car to CA as strictly and off-road deal. Looking at that site for the Japanese Classic car show that Maxedout Racer posted has given me ideas. Do you Geez think it would be more suiting to my car to finish it off as strictly a show car or just go all out rallyin'?

Originally I wanted to do a bit of both but If I rally it I have to put money into much different areas than I would with a show car. After we get it running and bring it back to life I should decide quickly which way to go with it. Either way its gonna be hell of an investment. :dunno:

hmm, rally car or show car?

i'll tell you this: it can't be both. that's like saying you want to be a nun and also be a hooker.

Hey ralley cars can go into shows... I'd definatly go to see it if it was in a show. I don't like cars that look like no one drives it.

AUTOCROSS IT!! Or rallycross. SF region SCCA has great programs for both. Just as fun, less of an investment.

Yeah I've read the SCCA page a few times before and I like what I see, plus there seems to be a class for my aging Accord. I think mine will fall intot the F-class street modified. Thanks for the info. I wonder what the tire restrictions are? If I do off road then I will need some different tires and rims. BTW Did you get my PM last week about your shop? :)

Here's a decent thread I dug up. Its got the info I posted about that b18 powered SCCA Civic Rally Car: Rally Round the Civic and Accord (http://www.3geez.com/showthread.php?t=45118&highlight=Rally+Round+CIvichttp://www.3geez.com/showthread.php?t=45118&highlight=Rally+Round+CIvic)

Can you resend the email to: [email protected] or try my other account [email protected] I'd like to talk with you about products. No I live in SF but I've been out to East Bay many times with Mr. Eff and Busted but we're all so damn busy I haven't seen them in over a month!
