Kmocking sound

There is a loud knockin sound comming from the rear passanger side wheel and it gets worse when im using the brakes. I was thinking it might be the wheel bearing but i want to be sure before i go and buy a new one. If any has had this problem let me know what it was, thanks.

take off your brake drum and make sure that everything is looking normal, maybe a spring broke or came off.
