Well I have a 5? Gallon Fuel Container laying around.

I was thinking of taping a fuel port near the bottom and hooking up the stock fuel pump to it... but then I got to thinking that the stock fuel pump is designed to be inside the tank.

So what negative effects would there be having it outside the tank?

- HEAT ?
- FUEL LEAK ?
- FLOW ISSUES ?

I remember replacing the fuel pump on my bud's 87 Prelude 2.0si and it was basically the same as the Accord's pump, but it was outside the tank. Maybe you could use one of those.
