grabed a replacement chrome grill cus ares got busted in one spot

also talk to few other 3gee owners out there and told them about the site one has one that fliped but just the roof got scrached and ran into a hachie owner who was pulling the head off the hatchie there and told him about the site and informed him that hatchbacks are kinda rare and gave him a hand with losening the exausted manufold.

the hatchie has a BS1 block what the hell is a BS1 block?

Honda Engine codes (http://www.geocities.com/honda_club_egypt/engines.htm)
the 86 accords had different engine codes (and different horsepower ratings) the carbed and EFI were the BT and BS (respectivly).
Car still looks great for the mileage, my 86 hatch had 240,000 on the clock and was way more rusted out.

You should fly your Accord to the moon when it dies and give it a proper lunar burial. NASA should learn a thing or two from Honda, LOL...if their crappy ass space shuttle were as reliable as an Accord we'd be building space colonies and invading Mars as we speak! Plus we'd be getting 35 mpg and 800K miles out of the damn thing to boot! And all you'de need is a little TLC, some oil, and a tune up to keep it going. :lol:

Some one should do a nice photoshop pic of an Se-i Accord lunar rover with the chop top, tooling about on the moon: and send it to those eggheads at NASA.:kekeke:

LOL yeah that would be a site to see.... specially if the next shuttle ended up being named the Accord or something...

LOL yeah that would be a site to see.... specially if the next shuttle ended up being named the Accord or something...

I mean look the first 3G Accord only came out a few years after the Shuttle and it doesn't need retrofitting for its computer or anything else to do its job. Granted the shuttle is older and alot more complicated in its task but the original onboard computers were probably about as powerful as my Nintendo. LOL. I guess in a way the peeps here on 3Gs are like NASA engineers...we're keeping a 20 year old vehicle floating along on DIY innovation, and constant refitting of newer technology. If only we could get an Accord on the moon before NASA that would be tight! :lol:

10-17-2005, 04:04 PM
Here are some data about the Moon:

* Distance from the Earth:
o perigee (closest): 363,000 km
o semimajor axis (mean distance): 384,400 km.
o apogee (farthest): 406,000 km
* Orbit:
o Period of revolution around the Earth: 27.32166 days (sidereal month)
o Period from new moon to new moon: 29.5306 days (synodical month)
o Orbital eccentricity (circle=0): 0.0549
o Orbital inclination (tilt): 18.4 to 28.6 degrees (compared to Earth's equatorial plane)
o Orbital speed 1.03 km/sec.
* Rotation:
o Sidereal day: 27.32166 days (same as sidereal month)
* Mass (Earth=1): 0.012
* Mean radius: 1737.4 km
* Mean density: 3.344 gm/cubic cm
* Gravity at surface (Earth=1): 0.378
* Atmosphere: almost nonexistent (up to 200,000 molecules/cubic cm), mostly hydrogen, helium, neon, and argon

umm i just copyed this from http://www.jimloy.com/astro/moon0.htm

not the orig instrument panel on this car ...... had to replace it cause it well was worn out from geting wet... but all i must say that its mathimaticaly estimated at 1mil if you had read the orig thread (http://www.3geez.com/showthread.php?t=43811) i had in carb tech you would know this lol also if you did not know the speedo was brocken for 10 years you would know this from reading that thread as well.

just wish it did not smoke when it goes below zero ... pluging it in stops this from happening though seals on the head were replaced no macheaning done to it just ruber seals replaced
also the gunk you see on valves was on cylder 2 and 1 valve on cylder 3
intake valves only had this build up on this on thoughs cylders. no goudest in the cylder walls when we looked took some photos with 35mill cam should deveop thoughs i gues befor we had the digital

its had sythectic practicaly its hole life. the oil is changed every 10k been changed 3 times this year since the head was off tells ya anything

anyhow just some info

bonivill power you ride is mint you did well only thing that would kill it is if you get into an acendent just respect you 3gee and it will repsect you back it had an esay life

phrenology lol txs this car seems like it is after all it was submerged under 8ft of water in 93 and its not rusted out or dead. also the reson why the trany died that winter.
