THE SMALLER THE TIRE THE BETTER for snow. just to let you know.

155 is a good start =)

i always wondered how skinny a tire would fit on our rims

they were 5.5 inches across. 155 is the smallest i'd go. but then i dont need skinny snow tires here. you can fit up to a 205 pretty much good onto that rim too. but you'd want a skinny tire.

dont 155 tires need a rim equal or less than 5 inches wide to fit on?
im so confused

if your worried, just get a 175. that's fairly small. 155mm is a tad more than 6 inches though, so it'd be ayt for a 5.5in rim. i've seen a civic with 155 series tires and it had the 13x5.5 steelies at the junk yard.

So wait 205's will fit on my stock 13's? i have P155/XX/13's right now... they look like bike tires...

yeah, 205's actually do fit. just barely, but they will fit on a 13 inch rim. i have a set of 13's that i'm fixing up that are getting 205 60's put on. that size tire is just not that common and is usually special order.

well i emailed some companies about 205/60/R13's supposedly they exist... i'm skeptical tho, i really would like to have em, the falkens said "discontinued":sad2:

BF goodrich still makes that size, i know that size still is made by quite a few companies, but in drag and street slicks which is not really what i'd need. i want something for daily driving with a little performance. i think there's still a bunch of japanese and european tire companies that still make 205/60/13's more available. i'm probley just going to go with Futura brand from pepboy's. just because they are more easily availabe to me.
