i found that the leak is coming from between the engine and the tranny. I suppose its the torque converter that leak. I call a Honda dealer to ask them how much is the seal and they tell me
6$ but its the labour that is expensive.
Does someone as already did this job?
Its very complex?
Does i have a another solution??

Please need help!!!!

are you sure it's tranny fluid because removing the rear crankshaft seal is expensive. He could mean the seal on the input shaft of the tranny but labor is going to be a bitch because they'll have to take out the transmission.

Here are pics of when I replaced my rear crankshaft seal, the labor is going to be the same on your car. (http://server2047.virtualave.net/kromeco/02-Apr01/)

pink could be also P.S oil !
BTW if it's tranny oil then it's not your rear crank seal ! ( rear crank seal leaks engine OIL! !!!
if tranny oil is leaking so it's propably your C.V joints oil seals ( where the C.V connects to the tranny ! that's easy !!! :D )

pretty easy to replace the cv boot and seal, compared to the tranny seal. You'll have to take the hub off your wheel, take the brake caliper off, take the bolt out of the fork for your strut, lift the strut up and the control arm down, then pull the axle out. Definatly a 3 hand job. Then you replace the boot and seal and do the reverse to put back in.
Aslo a shop manual at: http://www.pauldesign.ru/honda/shopmanual.html
