light compability

i have a question, i have a 2 door honda accord 92. i know if i change my trunk to a 91 honda accord trunk , lights for a 90-91 would fit in the trunk, but would the outter lights(the lights that go on the quarter panel) from a 90-91 4 door model fit on a 92 accord 2 door?

not necessary want to swap lights, but im having a hard time getting a trunk for a 92 2 door model accord, so im thinking of just getting a trunk from a 90-91 4 door accord....do you know if the quarter panels are the same? from a 90-91 4 door and 92 2 door model?

I swapped my trunk lid from 90/91 to 92/93 because I wanted to red/clear taillights. This is how it came up:

I didn't want any finger prints on my new lights hah :). They're actually cotton gloves :).
