So This is why My old engine died...
The 2 in front are my number 2 Rod bearings

Well it was bad enough that I thought I had a rod knock.. But it was #2 piston hittin the head...

did it bend any of the #2 valves..

nope no bent valves... matter of fact there in great shape and I'll be reusing them in my NA motor

Damn, pretty bad looking rod bearings. Re-bore the rods & use oversize bearings. I would line bore the block too. Good thing you can get that machine work for free. Machine work is expensive to have done.
