ok, i turn an ignition on and the light doesn't blink anythink - zero blinks!! i guess its not good.

Yeah, no blink = no code.

yes, my car goes well, the engine works normal. i thouhgt the light should blink one time then i turn on an ignition?

Nope, one blink is a bad O2 sensor.
