For me...and my car, Norma Jean:

Suspension:
Have a Eibach strut bar and Tien S tech springs. im still researching what would be the best price/ride/drop for struts. the real project part comes in here: 2 years ago when i crashed my car the repair company screwed up big time. the over torqued 2 of the 3 nuts that hold the drivers side strut assy in place...one spins and spins and doesnt go anywhere, one comes right off, and the 3rd....regardless of anything lubricant doesnt budge. even breaking out the big tools just strips the outside of it. so i have to cut those off and replace all the mounts and stuff.

Interior:
just ordered some parts off ebay for my dash i would love a full black interior however i would also like custom, so im settling on a tan/black combo which should look real nice when done. the upper part of the dash will be the stock tan but the lower half, steering wheel (is already black) and the center console will all be the stock black/grey color. why not paint them you ask? cause it looks tacky IMO. i would rather have the stock color. those should be in next week but are not going in the car right away.....(see next project )
i already recovered the rear pannel (behind the rear seats..where the speakers are) in black pleather. it looks really nice and im very pleased.(i did a write up on this in the 6th gen DIY) i like it with the tan speaker covers. some day those might be replaced with black. i also recovered the arm rest in the black pleather, but im not too impressed and will be redoing that.

CARPUTER!!!!
the dvd rom is in the mail along with the mother board and hard drive....im going to finish compiling the parts and installing it into the armrest storage area. i will have a newer (cause i hate my currrent one) head unit with aux input in its regular place and a 7 inch touch screen on the dash. many people dont use head units with carputers however i like the radio sometimes and sometimes i wont want to run my puter all the time, also if it malfunctions i wont be soundless. its also difficult to wire up two amps to power all speakers plus subs straight from your carputer. id rather run into a hu and go out from there.
my carputer when done will:
--run windows, play movies, and mp3's
--have wireless capabilities, so i can park next to starbucks and surf
--GPS with map software
--be linked to my OBD II so i can monitor my engine, hopefully manage/tune it and i can even call up a cool screen off guages, like a spedo, tach, ect and have kind of a "digital gauge pod" on my screen. ( i would realy love to build a seperate screen, carputer and put in perm. digital gagues in the regular pod but thats just asking for bad shit to happen.)

its taking time and money but i cant wait to get it all done, a nice interior, pimpin puter and gettin low....

NEW PIC!!!!! UPS man just came!!! brought my m1-ATX power supply

slim dvd player, hard drive a switch and some wires. the blue underneith is the plexi-glass (inprotective film) waiting to become the enclosure. the motherboard, monitor, should be in by turky day. itll give me something todo on my weekend off

so your going with a two tone interior. looks like your going to have some nice stuff in there. isnt your 6gen a V6? mine's a 4, wish i could find a reprogramed computer for it. i'm probley not going to do anything about entertainment in that one.

go to v6performance.net they have a four banger's corner. dont be scuurrrred by the other cars makes. it started out as an accord only v6 forum back when they were still in the 6th gen. they got some toys for you in the shop i think

so i ust ran all the wires. im going to clean the new centerconsole tonight and install it tomorrow. im waiting on a third din kit so ican relocate the HU and put the screen in the two dins in there now.

the power block in the back. i have an amp awaiting subs which will probably come next week or in late feb when i get back from a TDY (military temp job). the carputer is in there now and the main power off the batt will come when i finish the carputer. HOPEFULY....... @#$%*U#$%.... next week....

I think it looks pretty. I'd go with the tan glove box as well .. but if yours is damaged then meh. I think black carpet would look so much better too but I also like the look of the all nice tan interior..

At first I thought the black on tan was gonna look wierd, but after seeing it with the microsuede in the doors, it looks pretty damn nice!

I like the carputer too. Got plans for one in the 2g. I've already got the MiniITX motherboard like yours, just need a nice LCD screen. Where did you hide the motherboard, or where did you put it? Did you buy one of those low profile cases for it?

A good idea too would be to get rid of the head unit. Since you've got pre-outs on the computer, you can just run those to a 4 channel amp and control all the audio from the computer. Get a USB TV/Radio Tuner and you've got your radio back. Even go on eBay and pick up one of those USB XM Satellite tuners and have a mobile digital auido recorder. Oh and if you're wondering how might you load CD's, get a slimline slot loading drive, and mount it somewhere in the center console. Fiberglass it in like you did with the screen. It would look slick just dropping the CD or DVD right into your dash somewhere. You could get one of those USB to IDE adapters and just run the USB cable back to the computer.

And about that manual tranny swap, I don't think there is one for that car is there? I'm pretty sure the Accord V6's only came in automagics up until this year... Unless you can figure out how to cram one of those new EXL-6 manuals in there.
