I am running a pair of 8's in a 4th order bandpass with 120 watts to both. I can hear the bass 15-20 feet away from my car at a decent level. The box is tiny (2.5' x 1.5' x 1.5' approx.) and is extremely light for a pair of subs.

I wanted the best mix between a lightweight, compact setup and something that delivers the lows WITHOUT overpowering the other 5 channels.

My buddy designed the box so it is to spec and I am quite impressed with it.

Ive got a box approx 14" wide, 14" deep and 18" tall, ported. Holding a single 12" It doesnt take up much room, but then again I have the spare tire removed, and it sits horizontally

Nothing to see, really. It's an uncarpeted box with two ports. No paint, no window, no nothing.

Function over form.

It sits all the way in the back of the trunk, between the strut towers with about six inches between them both.
