The badge on the bottom right of my tail says 2.0 Si but i never hear people talk about Si's. The closest thing i have heard is SEi.
Mines a 4 door with electric sunroof and most of the trimmings.
This is a n00b question but i havent been able to find an answer so it would be great if someone could clarify this for me please.

well, you aren't in the usdm market, so i'm pretty sure the Si trim model was offered to you. but all the specs and what it's equivalent to i'm not up to date on. but since it doesn't say 2.0i-16, i'm guessing it has an a20a engine.

It's the EFI A20A4 I believe.

if it's sohc and injected, it's probably an a20a3, which is the lx-i engine.

I think the aus SI are just like the USA LX-i with all the options standard. If it has rear disks brakes then it is equivelent of the SE-i. Now the euro SI's have ABS, rear disk, and a b20 DOHC motors. Not sure, but that is what I have picked up from around here.

Most NON-US/CAN models have A20A2 and A20A4... not A20A1 and A20A3

The SE-I would need to be 1989.

The ones with the B20A are labled "2.0 I-16"

yes it does have rear disk brakes. It doesnt have a middle arm rest, leather seats or the other stuff that was listed for the SE-i.
Sorry i couldnt get the engine number last night, mum parked me in and i couldnt get to the bonnet.

Well thats good to know, I guess it is an LX-i with rear disks. Kinda weird how many models they had for this generation of the accord. DX, LX, LX-i, Se-i, SI, SI 2.0 I-16. Then you brake it down to body types Coupe, Sedan, HAtchback, Aereodeck. Damn they made alot of accord

Probably cause accords kick arse and the could get enough of them.. sounds right to me.
