Virus?

I'm not totally sure about this but I was searching the new threads. I clicked to go to page 2 and my virus scan found a virus. It detects the virus before it's downloaded so I had the option to abort the connection from where it came from. When I did that, the banner ad was no longer there. I don't know if that's where it was coming from or what anyone might be able to do about it but someone might want to check into it. I'm sure some of these guys don't have a virus scanner running in the background all the time.

i just had almost the same problem,i click veiw public profile, this was um...i forgot whose profile, but the point is when it finished loading, my virus detector gave me a message saying i just got a virus on my computer, luckly i deleted it before it did any harm, even if it wasnt intended, but still, what is up with this?
