Hello, I'm doing an auto to 5 speed swap and I'm also replacing my high milage engine with a "younger one", but my replacement tranny and motor came from different cars, so they are of course seperate. I 'm wondering, after I get the flywheel/clutch/pressure plate assembly back in place, how do I actually connect the engine and tranny together? I tried searching for this topic and couldn't find anything specific. I know there are obviously bolts connecting the two together, but how many and where are they, also, when connecting theengine and tranny, is there anything i need to watch out for? I know this is probably a noob question, since even the chilton's just says "connect engine and transmission", but I am a first time mechanic, and this is the start of month 2 for this project, so I could use any help/advice you might want to give me.
