well the reason the cop showed up.. was because the owner from the place started bitching and i guess called the cops, well he didnt say anything to us but we found out later. here are the reasons

1. i was trying to tech cory how to drive stick...sorry cory if you didnt want anyone to know. well he knows how to drive a stick just not very confortable with it. and before he parked my car i told him to burn out! which you can see a pic or two of above. of course this made a lot of noise

2. after a while of being bored because we ran out of space on 1320boy's camera...yes we ran out of memory...and i didnt bring mine....gfr8 and i started racing...lol yes racing. i beat him twice!!!! the first time by 1/4 of a car and the second time by half. lol it was fun and we were bored. cory (Acid X) jinxed us by saying "we're going to attract attention" and a cop just rolled by and parked. the bastard drove us out of the parking lot with fear basically beacause we didnt want him to do anything......so we just left.

oh and in the US....it was not required to have a left hand mirror in the eighties so factories really didnt put them on in the lower models.... of course this all changed in the nineties and so on. thats why you dont see him with a right rear view mirror...just a cap.

We also converted my car to a short-ram before me and adrian left, and it runs NICE. Unfortunately i broke the 8mm bolt that holds the little plasic wheel well thing in place under the bumper and it ripped the two screws that hold it to the bumper cover away.. This caused it to come loose and rub against my tire so i had to pull over on the side of the highway to try and fix it.

...but i had nothing to hold it with so i just shoved it back up there and drove home at about 65mph which didnt cause any problems..

Now i need to fix it tomorrow!!!

The intake is nothing spectacular to look at. Just a very short pipe with a filter on the end, lol..

It works good though, alot better than that damn restrictive CAI..

First two pics are of my new short ram.. The last one is of the damage to my plastic cover when it popped off and rubbed against my tire on the freeway. All but one of the screws are missing... My girlfriend figured we could just stick the thing back behind the bumper cover how it was before it broke, and try to ride home slower... Luckily i've had no problems, though i dont think i can go too much over 70 without having it pop out again..

Adrian (mkymonkey) might be coming down to help me try to fix it.. Hope he does, heh.

well not to sound mean but.....derek, the pictures of your car...FALSE ADVERSTISEMENT! lol, i never saw all the scratches, paint rust, paint chips, and dents on the car....so when i saw it for the first time, i expected to see an awesome 3g....but it was just like any other one but with a lot of mods. lol jk your car was cool, now that its in socal. its a lot cooler lol
