Bumper photochop

Hey guys, i was wondering how this mugen bumper

would look like, black, on a blue car. I'm trying to stick with the "black bumpers and trim" look that i have going..

anyway, since all the shots of my car are too fuzzy, or not really the right angle, here's some other ones that i can compare it with (not meaning any disrespect to any users' cars that i'm using for an example)

none of those pictures would really work for a photochop. both photos need to be clear, (preferably) high res, and at the same angle. i dont know if the mugen photo bumper could even be used. its black and white so you'd need to chop it onto a black and white photo i imagine.

that bumper would look kickass on a hatchback. The erubani bumper looked a lot like that. if you can dig one up somewhere you might like that.

yeah, im really bad at getting photos for chops...can you imagine why i dont try to do it myself?! heh, but yeah, i'll either look for more/better pics, or i'll look for that erubani bumper :) Yeah i know right, that bumper would look so wicked on a hatch..and look almost stock if you're not looking carefully (assuming i kept that whole "panda" thing, but blue and black instead of white and black) Thanks nxracer!

Anyway, before i get flamed for being all jdmyo and stuff, i just liked the look of that bumper, not the name of the company who made it. I wouldn't deck my car out in mugen everything, mainly because i'm not made of gold. They make good stuff, though, just waaay too overpriced for my tastes. But i would have bought a mugen kit and engine back in 88 if i had the chance :)

that is a good question if there would be a market i mean hell theres alot of these accords on the road still ( and alot in J/y's too :( ) but even if thats so it will be a hella lot of $$ for any of the parts, this reminds me wasnt there a member who found a set of adjustable struts from mugan?

i found an accord with the original mugen kit...made frens with him...get him drunk one nite and stole his front kit and sent to a bodyshop to be copied...ahhahahahaha....ive got mine...but waiting for some unfortunate incident to fall upon my front bumper that would rip the current kit off....until then the mugen fronts will be kept indoors...not sure whether i want the rear wing though...

although i might disagree with the method you used to acquire that, couldn't you have just asked him to let you copy it?
but yea, if mugen made any part available for our cars i would buy it. unless it wouldn't fit a hatch. this probably won't work, but at least this way we can say we tried, right? i'm sure if i looked hard enough i can find this bumper somewhere... probably it would cost waaaaay too much, though.

i think the petition idea is a good one, but it won't ever fly. Honda and Mugen would never make any money for a couple people who want another mugen bumper. I think you'll have a better chance of finding one in a dusty garage somewhere.

hahahah...sorry i was quite busy didnt managed to check often...yeah...ive checked and it'll cost RM400 or around USD106 per piece/bumper/kit....i try to work out a deal for a discounted price if i were to order 5 piece in one go though...but not promising anything as this bodyshops already gave me a special deal on them....

but again...the problem is Malaysia still havent fully implement PayPal so its very very hard for us to transfer money between here and there...i think here we accept bank drafts though....so as soon as i find out how that works maybe we can work something out....and second...this kit is made of fibreglass...i can make sure that when i ship them out...they are in a good conditions...but after that...im powerless if the shipping guy drops it or something and it breaks as fibreglass are easily damaged...unless of cos you opt for Fedex or UPS...so the usd106 doesnt include shipping...no worries...im not taking any profits out of you guys here...just hope that you can order a lot...so i can get more freebies from the shop in the future :kekeke: you can email me at [email protected]

Its probably the worst photochop ever, if you look closely at the right side of it, i left part of the tire on the bumper, so its like a quarter of a tire hanging off the bumper! It's art

I'm interested in getting one of these copy's for my Aerodeck, if it's possible to ship it without the shipping costs being mad crazy.
