ok, so me and my driving. everytime i go over 85, (usually 90) and i slow down, or am still at that speed, my check engine light goes on. my first guess is fuel filter, but anything helps. the only thing ive replaced is the oil switch (2 TIMES!!!!)!, but i was wondering what the problem may be. and after replacing the oil switch for the second time, ive been starting to have small drops on my floor in the mornin. everyday, i want to check out the oil leak, but i first want to get rid of check engine... let me know on ideas, (sorry for the long post)

put your key in the ignition and turn it to the "on" position (don't start it). then look under the back of your driver's seat. there's a little plastic door on the ecu that you open up and you should see a red light flashing. count the number of times it flashes and that's the code# you have. i'm guessing you'll have a 1 or a 2.

when i get the check engine light to go on, i just turn off the car, and turn it back on, i will check next time, if i do get a chance. what do the 1 or a 2 mean? thanks, did not know that there is a code thing......

if you go to the efi section of this forum you will see a thread at the very top that tells you all the codes.
