View Full Version : can i fit del sol suspensions on my aerodeck?

my friend of mine has an crx del sol 92 and he smashed it real bad and i was wondering if i can use the shocks, springs from his car on my 86 aerodeck? and what engine could fit my car(2.0 l carb) with minor adjustments? thank you

this probably won't be answered in a search.

depending on how low you're planning on going you can use the struts and springs. I'm running Civic struts and coilovers on the back of my hatchback and it works great. the struts bolt right into the rear. But the civic struts are considerably shorter than the accord struts, so only use the civic ones if you're planning on going LOW. (like 2.5" at least)

as for the front, i dont know. I haven't fit civic struts up front so i couldnt tell you how hard/easy it will be to do. I think a couple other members have a could probably help you out with that one.

it's no problem if it's gonna lower my car because that's my objective!! i just wanted to know if the bolts are in line, etc. thanks for your help so far....
