e brake doesnt work

i just brokemy accord lol for good ball joints are shott. not moving anywhere.
ijust picked up a 89 si 4wsteering prelude. but im stupid i live in ontario. so now. my e brake work. like i cant pull it up? lol how about should i about this problem? does anyone else live in ontario bythe way?

maybe the cable is pinched. or your cylanders are jammed

im confused on your post i cant tell if the e-brake doesnt work on the lude or the accord

if its the accord check the shoes see if they are still good and check the drum it might be past the minimum spec also if you can check the e-brake cable its self is it damaged?

do the same if its for the lude, i dont know if it has discs or not but the check is pretty much the same stuff
