carbed cold air intake

I have a 1988 Honda Acoord carbed and i wanted to put a cold air intake on it but, I need to find the name of the black plastic cover that goes on the carb so you can adapt the intake. Can someone tell me what this is and were i can find it.

Try the 3 above - same as what's previously posted, but with "Forum" path added. I've had to add this path quite a bit lately.
