actually the last time i did a dyno on my other car it was about 40-60 bucks for 3 runs i dont remember how much it was but it wasnt more then 60 bucks...

sup guys,. dont know if you all are interested for sure or not. but i talked to mark at jackson racing and we'll be having our dyno day on feb. 4th. it'll be at around 10am. you dont have to show up early, but 11:30am the latest would be nice. just to be curtious to those who wants to dyno their shit and are hungry for pizza. yes we'll be ordering pizza as a pitch in with drinks an all.

the cost will be 2 runs for 40 dollars. and if you're lucky and mark pitty's your motor. he'll try to get more out of it with a 3rd run like he did with a couple of my friends car the last time we were there. so far 5 including my two cars will be there. i'm trying to get some nissan 240 turbo guys out there too. but we'll see if they show or not. i had my cuz post on their nissan web board. and if you have any muscle heads who want to test their camaros or mustangs. invite them too, a nice day of dyno's from different cars is better. not just all honda's. but for me, it aint about numbers. it's about power delivery. hope to see you all there, and if you need directions. you can check out jackson racings website or just pm me and i'll send a link to their place.

I used a 10th of a tank of gas driving 20 miles. 3/4ths of which was on the freeway. :\

Well, add it up. An eigth of a tank is half a quarter. So basically, i used a little under a half a quarter tank.

It may not seem like much.. But for 20 miles thats a whole hell of a lot. Thats like 200mi/tank. And we have a 15 gallon gas tank... Thats around 14 miles to a gallon.

I got pulled over for the 3rd time today. The cop tried to tell me that my car is too low, but he wasn't going to cite me today. He was just letting me know that it's a little low and that it's not legal. He said something like 16inches was the limit.

well cory is going to help me strip my car tomorrow. (i'll go into details why later) and my form of "payment" to him for helping me is going to be a maroon arm rest that im pretty sure i saw at the jy i went to get my cupholders. they got a bunch of lxi's and one sei that i know of. im going to try to get the rear disks sine i already have the cupholder...:D but we'll see.

ok so i went to three different places for paint. and that included the one i chose. anyway one was 3000 another 1600 and another 1300. well as you would have probably guessed it i chose the 1300 but i made a deal with the painter. he said if i stripped down my car, by that meaning getting all the moldings, lights, and other pieces i dont want painted off.....well he would drop the price to 600. and i said fuck it throw in two stage block and ill do it for 800 with my car stripped. so he accepted. pretty cool guy if i do say so myself. he's one of my boss's buddies from way back. i think he painted his chevelle in 83. lol

Well me and Adrian went Junk-yard shopping today. We went to 3 different junk yards, and one sunday.. Anywho, i found a maroon armrest that is in good shape, and a lip off of an integra! Unfortunately some noobie painted it white with HOSUE PAINT. Rediculous. Shouldn't be hard to get off though. Adrian got a new shift boot, some REAR DISC BRAKES and some visors.. Fun stuff.

Took us a while to get those brakes off though, haha.

I got the lip all sanded down and i just finished applying the first coat of paint to it a few minutes ago. I was hoping you could come down tomorrow around 3 and help me put it on, and help me buy the right shiz to mount it with. I'm going gloss black (kinda). Its this self-primering plastic paint. Should work good.. Im thinking about painting over my mouldings with the paint too.

I went to the junkyard today, they didn't have any thing i was looking for.But i did find 3 preludes that have (b20a3's?) i think that's what they were the b20 single cams.The vavle cover are almost identical to the a20 carb motors.....I was thinking of going back and getting one of those heads to mess around with the a20 block i have in the backyard.

umm, that when its new and doesnt have 284 thousand miles on a motor and at the flywheel not the wheels.....

the 89 a20a3 motor puts out 122 hp at the crank and 114 tq, of course even brand new that's not goin to translate 122hp to the wheels. there's a certain percentage of hp you lose for 4bangin honda motors and their drivetrain engineering. also it's essential you take care of your car with tuneups, that way the motor dont wear and tear, lose compression and in turn lose power. ;]
