Everything I've read said that '88 was the first year that the 2.0L fuel injected was offered in north america...well I certainly have an '87 LXi, complete with fuel injected motor. Am I crazy?

My reference is this page:

No, fuel injected models were availble through all 4 years of the 3g accord. I think the 2g accord se-i was the first to have fuel injection from the 2nd generation, but I'm not entirely sure.

Read the FAQ for a breakdown and definitions of the engine codes that honda used in all the various markets.

Yes, the 1985 Honda Accord Se-i sedan was the first fuel injected Honda car released in North America...with the ES3 motor which was good for about 101 hp. Its very hard to find one in good condition, nowadays. :)
