Drain plug on right side under axle.

cardoc's right, just open the drain plug. It's a round bolt like this sticking out of the tranny on the passenger side. The bolt is easily identified because it is circular with a squared indentation in it. Just use a 3/8 drive rachet, stick the ratchet in there and open her up. The Chilton's manual says to replace the washer on the drain plug when you put it back on. Also, be sure to tighten the drain plug to 29 ft. lbs(40 Nm). I recomend only Honda Auto tranny fluid, and make sure the car is sitting level when you fill it back up.

should look something like this

hope that helps, make sure you have a catch can big enough to hold all the ATF that comes out.
sorry about the fuzzy pic, still getting used to my new camera.

I wish this thread was her like 2 or 3 weeks ago when I was cursing out my car for hiding the Drain plug and ATF Dip stick.

spray some pb blaster on it, then use channel locks, or vise grips to twist
it out. Be careful not to break it !
