There is still some work to be done, but the main page log in problem is fixed..

Since everything I tried made the problem worse and since I had no idea how it was caused, I decided to do a fresh install of the files under a new address and that fixed the problem. If you notice, the main page now is

3geez.com/forum.. However, I have added a redirect so 3geez.com will automatically go that address. Most people may never have noticed, but I wanted to post it for the ones who did.

I still need to move paths over to the new address base, like the smilies, and i know vbgarage isn't working right, but give it some time and we'll have it fixed. :)

what is the address for your shortcut?? If it goes to a specific forum, add a "/forum" after 3geez.com and it should be fine

I'm willing to bet 99% of the people out there don't have shortcuts to 3geez on their desktop, so it probably doesn't matter.

Guys, any new post notification sent out by the board will have the correct link now. I've tested it, and I have the email log running showing me that it's working. Any old email notifications sent out before yesterday evening will have the wrong link. This is because the forum URL changed over the weekend and I updated the email settings about a day later. I obviously can't do anything about emails that have already been sent out.

if you have any links in your sig that lead to the forum, you have to go back and update them to the proper link.
