<little off topic>
I was checking that motor out a while back. Look at what someone said about trying to buy that particular motor. It is the buyer on the bottom of his feedback list. NOV. 30 by lensman1965

(quote by lensman1965) engine not as pictured, model ID altered, refused full refund, in dispute

Reply by japanimportech: Didn't even INSTALL engine.Issued refund minus shipping costs. So indecisive.

Most of the JDM Accords had the A18A. Some had the A20A.

The higher end had the B18A or the B20A.

I would really be leary of an engine that is hanging by the intake manifold studs...looks like a perfect way to bend them. Overall looks pretty clean. Like mentioned before, there were A20A1, A18A, and I believe even DOHC Carbed engines in Japan. Have a look at www.pauldesign.ru in the Info section, it has a few links to Honda's lineup for the 3G Accords including engine variants. Hope this helps.

I just looked up the model lines:

Aerodeck 1985-1988 (http://www.honda.co.jp/HOT/ModelData/accord/6ac3-ka-505/line_up.html)
Sedan 1985-1988 (http://www.honda.co.jp/HOT/ModelData/accord/6ac4-ka-505/line_up.html)
Solid Head Lights Sedan (Accord CA) 1987-1988 (http://www.honda.co.jp/HOT/ModelData/accord/8acca-k-706/line_up.html)
