Time For New Tires?

ok, well dunno wheather to start looking into new tires or what. these arent gripping for shit now. its been somewhat cold, so i suppose that could affect the performance. but from a stop these are spinning up on dry road. and in the rain, forget about traction. i'll take off real easy and try and get on it about 25 mph and they spin like hell, even if its already in 2nd gear. these are Yokohama A550H tires with about 20000 miles on them. maybe a bit more than that. anyway, by the pix what do y'all think? i think thise is a good time to consider getting 16's to replace these prelude wheels. here's what i'm planning on getting if i go for 16's. of course i'll get 4 lug.
