My Hayne's manual says that I need to replace the "washers" for the banjo bolts when I replace the fuel filter on my 87 EFI. Where can I get these? I can't find them on the autozone website or anyone else's.

I've never replaced mine and never had a problem but if you want to do that, you'll have to get them at Honda.

just buy new aluminum crush washers from your local parts store - take your banjo with you for size

Sometimes they come with the fuel filter. If not you can get them from Majestic Honda or any other Honda dealer.

Usually they come with the filter. Unless you buy crappy filters. The part number is 90428-PD6-003, and they list for $0.10 each.

aftermarket washers are too hard anyway and wont seal. If the stock honda ones arent scored or overly crushed, reuse them

Every aftermarket filter I have bought has come with copper versions of those washers, but like the other posts have said, you should be able to reuse them at least once without a problem. I did that the very first time when I bought a filter from Honda. The car was still failry new and aftermarket filters were harder to find.
