Turbo gods- Head gasket?

A friend of mine is turboing an older lude' a20 engine. What head gasket is everyone using? I thought I'd go straight to the gods. Thanks

stock honduh oem. The genuine honda headgaskets seem to be good to 20 psi + of boost i hear. After that you can get a metal cometic headgasket i believe?
