I have had the optional oem honda equlaizer in my car since I bought it,
but it has not been hooked up because When I bought the car someone
Removed the factory stereo and cut the wiring harness. The 8 pin wiring harness for the factory equalizer is missing. I need to know which pin
is what on the equalizer so I can make a wiring harness and hook it up
to my sony exr-10 stereo, The sony was in the car when I bought it
and it's just a crappy tape player and it doesn't have any tone controls,
that's why I need to hook up the eq, It sounds like crap without tone controls. I don't have the money for a stereo right now so PLEASE, someone tell me which pin is which, or post a diagram, something, please !!! I think I am going to keep all the stereo equipment stock, But I need the factory head unit, The only thing I won't keep stock is the speakers. Plus the facotry
equipment is made by alpine . I won't upgrade from stock until I have a
good alarm installed.

Come on, I have done a search and know a couple of you have made rca

If its 8 pins it could just be 4 pairs of ground+signal. If the pins are in two rows just have a guess untill it works. It can't hurt as long as its a passive eq.

Appreciate the gesture, but there's one pin in the center with 7 pins forming a circle around it, and I think 2 of them have to be grouind and power, not sure though. It really doesn't matter anymore because I will be getting
the matching head unit, then all I will need is the cable that connects
trhem both.
