Well with my engine rebuilt scince i've had it running it seems like it's overheating. I can't tell by the sensor cuz when we put it back together we cut some of the wires on the sensor so i can't see what it's reading. The radiator is full and at the proper level. The catch tank keeps filling up full with fluid. This happens after an hour of driving. Is it possible the thurmostate is stuck or there still may be some air in the line or what. The waterpump is brand new.

Just to make sure i re-wired the sensor and i'm not running hot and the fan is working but i checked the resevior which didn't have ant fluid and it's filled up to the MIn line after 30-45 mins of running it at idle. I would loose more if i were driving it. ???? what's the deal????

my brother had this problem, but it wasnt overheating, the tank would jsut overfill all the time. It happend to be the radiator cap, it was worn out and didnt work proeprly and would over fill the tank
