call me a dumb ass..i broke a bolt on the distributor while working on my car yesterday :(
is there a way to take off the distributor from the flange (if that's what it's called) (the 2 bolts in the pic) and change it
Look at the pic, I think the distributor should be fine

appreciate any help, and someone out there tell me im not the only one who has broke this freaking bolt..:wtf:

The top part of that flange is intergrated with the cam bearing. The bottom is intergrated with the head. I'd try an ez out first and if that doesn't work drill it out.

looks like I have to remove the valve cover to see what you are talking about
The easy way out from what I can see is to just replace that flange, but I don't know the extend of the broken bolt on it and if the threads are on the distributor side....no no..it shouldn't be
