I got sick of searching I must have looked at 10000000 threads, OK well all the carb guys get to rip out all their crap, but what about us injected guys?? I'm talking vacuum lines sensors, emissions crap.....What can I rip out that I don't need that wont affect the way my car runs and opperates, I allready ripped out AC, next is cruise, I have an 88 LXi hatch, so yeah guys help me get rid of the spagetti!!!!! And if there are links about this post them please!!! I know about the EGR I'll probally rip that out this weekend<---Well I'll let it hang

No its in the right spot.......I DONT HAVE A CARB!!!!!!!!!! Mines fuel injected, but thanks for trying!

might pm justin86... he is obd1 now, but he ripped most of his shit out before that i think

i know u can disconnect ISV (idle stability valve) but it drops MPG's a bit.
cruise is a great one to get rid of... egr should be fine...
cke is gonna do FAV (fast idle valve) and im defnetly going to look into it.

i would really love to ditch some of the shit in the black box... also egr is gonna be gone on my new motor.... u can remove power steering line, but im not sure on a way to get real manual steering, and im not comfortable with modding the existing stuff. :( as for vac lines, i would just pull some, mark them, go for a drive, see if it idles etc... and if it seems to run good, roll that way for a week, keep the lines there just in case u get like 10mpg and want to put them back on.
