What u all think bout painting my gsr rims black....i can get em professionally done by my bro for free but i havent seen any painted before.....what u all.....u guys got any friends with them paint or what not......give me some ideas:help:

I can think of two options for you 1. get a rim you don't need and have your brother do it and see if you like it, or 2. take a picture of them and have someone photochop it for you.

The reason is cuz my car is blue now and they look Oright but i seen only one Acura Integ with Fat fives paint flate black but im thinking a shiny black...idk

ya Ive seen guys paint the fat fives and they don't look good and thats that they were professionally done too, but thats just my .02 cents bro its all up to u

Yeah what u think bout a laying a light pearl....the same pearl i have on my car....so they would look the same but when angle changes it looks like a blue....oh shit thats a good idea .....

Personally I think they look good on your car they way they are, but as Bullard says find some others and experiment....then go final, you'd hate to paint your rims and hate it, and not be able to go back....

can always try it for a while and if you dont like it, use aircraft paint remover and strip them again. Anyway. heres a pic of a buddys teg with the fat fives painted black w/ polished lip.

Those don't look half bad, but thats a teg, I don't know about the 3g....

That shit does look tight on the teggy and i bet itl look just as good on your 3G . I say paint one and if you dont like find another one, and then find a spare for it in the meantime. But if you cant find any our theryre too expensive just use your imagination and run on that. Good luck and post some pics if you go with it.

i was gonna say dont do them all one color. a polished lip would look killer. i was thinking do the insets on the spokes a different color, but the all black with polished lip looks great. as long as they arent half assed when being painted they should look good. and you did say they would look professional. anyway, i think you want to do it. so show us pix if you do.

Some one should photoshop it for you, just to save you the efforts, that way you'll get a sollid idea.
