Hey everyone,

I just recently purchased this car and there were a few things that I was kind of clueless on, such as a few of the buttons in the dash. I have since been told what those buttons are but I have another question regarding the fuse panel that sits under the hood near the front on the passengers side.

I was just having a look around the hood, opened up the fuse panel and I noticed that there is a spot there for something called PTC. The fuse was missing as well as the hardware to hold it in place. Here is a pic of the fuse panel lid (the PTC is near the top and over to the left):

So I am wondering if I should be looking at getting this replaced and what exactly it does.

Thanks in advance.

I didn't find anything in the fuse box description in the service manual that was close to PTC. Do you have a fuse number? The fuse numbers in that box are from 1 to 24.
