Help Asap!!!!!

HOW DO I REMOVE THE SIDE MOULDINGS?!?!?!?!?!?! I HAVE SERIOUS RUST AND I NED TO GET THEM OFF ASAP!!!!

Remove the 10mm nut on the outer edge (by the door latch). Take a rubber mallet and tap the moulding towards the front of the car. The small ones just need to be carefully pried off with a flathead.

You can just pull it off but you'll break all the clips that hold it on. They're 2 bucks a piece so be careful. You can also remove you inner door panel and then squeeze the clips together. It's a pain cause you gotta move your arms in funky angles but it can be done.

thanks for the help--i finnnaly got it off---i tapped it genetly but still at the expense o one of my clips. where can i get the plastic clips to hold it on?

well... I just popped off my moldings when i prepped my car for painting, and when I went to the honda dealer to buy replacement clips, they said that they do not just offer the clips, and that you had to buy the entire molding strip. I hope you find a place for the clips b/c that little strip of molding behind the door ran me 35$ for each side.:wtf:

What part are talking about? Do you mean the small white clips that snap into the door or the little plastic piece that spans the gap on the moulding? The little white ones you can get at Honda. If it's the others, you gotta get the whole moulding strip.
