upgraded seats

I hate my factory seats and want to replace them..are the brackets the same as other hondas?

If you have nice seats, can you represent them with pics?

I heard sparco and corbeau make brackets for our cars but I'm not sure.4g accord brackets look the same.
I have some nice brand new racing seats in the miscellaneous section if you'd like to check them out.

I was hoping I'd be able to get seats for a civic, crx, integra, prelude, whatever, and they would be basically a bolt in install..I guess I could make the brackets fairly easily though.

yeah the lude seats are fuckin awesome. i did a complete conversion, front and back. the fronts are pretty easy. you just swap the outer brackets. use the outer brackets off the original seats and your good to go

i had 99 teg seats in my hatch, it was a bitch getting them in. unless you plan of modding you brackets and drilling a new hole, dont plan on getting teg seats

look for a set of seats from a 4WS 3rd gen prelude. the one set i've seen was one of the best seats honda ever put in a car. the drivers seat even had adjustable side bolsters.

check ebay. a friend of mine sold a set for $200, which honestly was on the low side for such nice seats.

I need to reupholster the front driver seat, there's a tear one of the panels.

yeah thoes seats are nice...i went to the junk yard today and they had a 90 lude with good seats but then i saw that they were covered in glass cuz some one broke the window and i did not feel like taking them out...it looked good but they had 241k fart miles so i did not pick them up...what other model seats fit our cars beside the 86-91 lude?

I might get the se-i leather seats for the back..do they come in any dark colors like dark blue or black? I want them to match everything else, same for whatever front seats I get.

I'll have to put this off for a while though, my b18 needs vtec and forced induction first, and my shocks are horribly insufficient for my setup.

Whoa, missed this post from a looong time ago I think. How much does a full SEi interior run at a yard? Nobody around here ever has them. If anyone finds a SEi coupe w/leather at a yard in good condition let me know.

I paid less for the seats then I ended up paying for the SE-i seat belts I needed later. :(

I just pointed to the SE-i and asked "how much" for the interior sans the dash, seat belts & carpet. The seats were covered in dirt, so I don't know if the jy owner knew they were leather. :)

I used to go to the jy about once a month, so you gotta be lucky. :)

88-91 Lude Seats!

The seats in the Hondamino are out of a 1988 Subaru XT6 (ironic because my other car is an '88 XT6). They are very comfortable and adjustable, and the installer just welded the XT6 brackets to the Accord brackets so now I have two sliders.

Ditto, My int. was ALL brown my carpet still is but i painted my dash adn door panels, did the the pillars except back and need to do ceiling yet, i need some black carpet too and my back seats are still brown. I found Black Prelude seats that are now my front seat. Once I get new carpet, backseat reup, ceiling and back pillars i should be all good.
