So guy's just got my Accord back from the body shop. Almost 10 months it was in there but, I'm quite pleased with the result. They're is still some "rough" spots but, from what I've been told by many folks that just comes with the territory when you don't pay 10k+ for a paint job. Anyways, enjoy the pics!

Thanks you guys. And yeah ok I'm just glad that I'm not the only one that feels that the front is unusually high. It has an engine but, ever since I've owned the car the front has been a good inch+ higher then the rear and no there's no dead bodies weighing down the trunk. I just don't want to spend the money for 4 new springs when I can only use 2. I can't drop the rear anymore b/c the bottom of the back kit is only 3" off the ground, and Houston pot holes don't like it as it is.I'm just torn as to what to do. But I've got a long "things to do list" but, this was high on the "totem poll". :)

Edit: For those that care to see a before pic

And the 10month wait was becuase the first guy I took it too, who was recommended none the less, spend 6 months twidling his thumbs. Finally we took it away from him and gave it to one of my friends 4 months later it was complete. The biggest headache that they had to deal with was getting the front kit to flow seemlessly, and for it not to get stress cracks. Also, the grill was a huge "debate" as to what should be done. Right now it's not fitting all that well, and honestly I don't like how there's a 1/2" gap from the top of the kit to the bottom of the hood/lights so I'm thinking of scratch building a "Mugen"-esque grill and popping that in there. Then in the back he had to make a whole new bumber support for top and bottom b/c the fg kept flexing and cracking. If I had it to do all over again, I would not have put a kit on it at all, just a small lip all around. But, I put the kit on almost immediatley after getting the car, when I was more into "ricer" looks and now I like the sleeper/clean look. But, lesson learned. :)

make sure you dont have civic struts... my car sat the same way because my parents had the front struts replaced with some cheapo struts from checkers, but they were the wrong struts... made for civic, not accord... the mechanic jammed them in there anyway, and it was bouncy as hell, and sat REALLY high

(heres a pic)

Thanks dude. Yeah the grille/headlight trim I wasn't sure about either but, I was like eh..what the heck, I'll try it. And now I'm thinking of smoking it out.

How would I know if it's a civic strut? Like I'm assuming I would have to remove it and then would it say somewhere on there? Hopefully that'll fix the problem.

a civic strut is thicker/taller... it probably wont have the part number on it anymore, dependent on how long its been on there. But its worth checking into

Put the molding back on the doors. It looks goofy right now. There's a line on the front and rear bumper, with nothing to continue that line visually.

Very fucking Clean! The color laid down goes very well with the kit and the shaved car! The only thing I would do is paint those tails and those side markers, transparent red.

I really don't think painting the tails red would look good b/c imo it would be just to much red but, maybe using some of that niteshade stuff. What do ya think?
And yeah project for spring break will definatley be painting the grill/hl trim black.

Nice paint, I like the color... I still think the front edge of the front bumper curves out too much, if it followed the curve of the front of the car from sidemarker to sidemarker then I'd like the front more.

haha yeah, a20 I remember when you said that like a year ago. I don't know I kinda like it b/c the front part, lip per say, sticks out quite far and I just really like that. And yeah twhonza's car is quite hot! I just want you to freckin' paint it!! :) And post a whole bunch more pics inside/engine/bigger body pics etc... :-D

10 months I like the white but, I think that I would like black w/ a polished lip more :) Does anyone have any suggestions on the drop? Keep in mind that I abosolutely cannot drop the back only the front, and I'm afraid that anything in excess of 1.5-2" would be to much. It honestly just seems like a waste to buy a pair of 4 eibach springs to only use 2 of them. I mean I know that this is looked down upon by many but, if I cut lets say an amount that would effectively lower the fron .5" would it still "destroy" the stock spring? If my only real viable option is to buy lowering springs and new struts then It's going to have to be put off for quite a while because I'm needing my money to buy the parts for the efi swap as well as pay a machinest to do some work to my heads.
