Sorry about the bad quality of the pictures. The red color is really a much darker, than the picture shows.
Exterior:
Autostyle sideskirts and rear bumper
Custom made front bumper
Sidelists, antenna and rear door lock removed
Fiber glass fenders
15" wheels in winter, 17" wheels in summer
Interior:
Custom gear knob
Simoní racing mats
Luisi pedal set
Blue leds on the rear
Doors are upholstered with red plush
ICE:
JVC mp3 player
SPL dynamics 6,5"
Coming up:
New 17" rims
Angel eyes
Clear front signal lights
Clear corner signal lights
Lowering springs
And of course, a paintjob to the front bumper
Hertz Hs 250 subwoofers 2x10"
Little is done, but I hope there's much more to come
I'm on students budjet so the project may take a while
Comments and new ideas are welcome

Why is the front bumper like 3" lower than everything else? Anyway, save for paint dude. Unpainted kits look..eh.. ghetto. But it's a clean aerodeck, so get the thing painted! :)

Thanx for the comment 89accordresto!
The bumper will be painted next week. hopefully...

Wow thats a clean aerodeck even without the kit painted.I would stick to that theme and do a two tone paint job. White and red vise versa. That front bumper kind of looks like a blitz front bumber from a integra.

get a simple front lip or xenon front bumper and it will look good IMO, the bumper is ugly.

Nice car otherwise though.

In my vision, the bumper will going to look pretty nice. First of course the painting, then a clear front turning signals and chrome list on that big hole in the bumper. Well you'll going to see it after a while, i hope that i get better camera before that..

I think the front bumper is ugly also. I mean, it'd be one thing if you had huge wheels and TVs and sideskirts and a rear bumper that MATCHED the front bumper, but right now the sideskirts and rear bumper don't hang down as much as the front one, so it looks kinda silly.

the bumper is a little large for my taste. but it still looks nice. what other plans do you have?

Deckki

When the weather allows, 17 inches rims replaces 15" rims. And the car ain't ready yet! Don't be too hard on me;)
Just kidding, critic just adds more motivation into me!
As a defence, i have to say that it doesn't look quite that in live.:)

Snoopyloopy: I got so much plans on my mind, but they changes allmost daily. We'll see... The progress will be slow, but i will update this thread allways when I achieve something. I love this car and i'm probably keeping it for many years, so what's the rush :)

id stick with the stock from bumper. once you hit a bump with the fiberglass kit and it cracks its worthless

Good job !
That colot is hot !

Is it a B20Ax or a A20Ax engine ?

And another Aerodeck user on this board... I'm feeling less lonely :D

The bumper is a little mis-matched like the others said but....
If you made it yourself then you did a splendid job! I mean w/ that type of skill you might as well make a full kit! Good job non-the-less.

The engine is A20A4.
I didn't do the bumper myself :(
I bought it from a privat person, who makes bumpers like this to Aerodeck.
But the bodykit will have some changes and those changes I'm going to do myself. And i'm planning to buy a second hood, and put a scoop on it. Any ideas what kind of scoop would look nice in my rice?
I' don't have picture behind the car, but I want to show you what kind of a rear bumper I have: http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e24/Deckki/Kuvia/aerodeck_009.jpg
I also have the same sideskirts.

See, the thing is, the car in that pic has a 'matched kit' where everything hangs down the same amount. Yours looks funny because the front bumper hangs down so much farther than anything else. About scoops... meh. Kinda gay if you ask me. Save money for a turbo instead of a scoop. :P

Like I said before, it does't look quite like that in live. In real life it looks pretty good, and match quite well with the sideskirts. I will take more photos when the bumper is painted. And I said also, that the bodykit will have some changes, so i will probably lower the sideskirts and the rear bumber a bit (or maybe i put corner splitters in the sideskirts?). Anyway at least the rear bumper will need an touch of a fiberglass :)
And as you can see in the example picture, rear bumper is also higher than the sideskirts or the front bumper, even thought it's a "matched kit".
Putting a scoop is cheap ('cause I paint the hood myself etc.), and I don't have that kind of money, or the knowledge that putting a turbo needs.

Always nice to see someone taking good care of their Aerodeck!

Are the side mouldings not removed completely, or what is it that's sitting in their place now on the pictures?

Deckki
03-19-2006, 10:18 AM
The original side mouldings are removed, and there is new chrome lists on sides, cause otherwise sides would look too "heavy", if u know what i mean...

Nice work! The clear corners and sidemarkers match the red paint really well. I love the style auto rear bumper.
