Exhaust Valve Stems seals

How the hell do you get them on without screwing them up? I ruined the first set...Please help.

your sets will come with little plastic tube. slide that tube overtop the valve. This will help with sliding and preventing the valve seals from getting busted by the valve key ridge.
before you slide them put some graphite or white lethium grease on the inside of the valve seal. this will help to slide it over the top and on the valve guide.
it should click a few times. don't force it.
