Would I have the ability to download to it?

I'm interested, but I don't want to have to send my pics to you to do it.

The ftp is ratio, 1:2, which means that for every kb you upload, you can download 2kb. That would just be for the music.

But i can make a section just for 3geez where people can upload and download whatever with no ratio if people are interested.
